Editor

What we're looking for
  • Students interested in writing and editing
  • Students interested in psychology, human development, cognitive science, or related fields
  • No prior experience is required
  • Open to all majors
Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute The Aggie Transcript: Psychology initiatives
  • 2-3 hour weekly commitment
  • Submit one piece (writing or art) to our journal per quarter
  • Plan and execute The Aggie Transcript: Psychology initiatives
  • Attend 1 hour weekly board meetings
Application Materials
  • Anonymized resume
  • One academic writing sample (research or scientific preferred but not required)
  • Two Q&A short answer questions within the application form

Graphic Designer

What we're looking for
  • Students interested in design and visual communication
  • Open to all majors
Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute The Aggie Transcript: Psychology initiatives
  • 1-2 hour weekly commitment
  • Create custom graphics for social media and articles submitted to the journal
  • Create promotional fliers for the journal
  • Attend weekly graphics meetings

Web Developer

Responsibilities
  • Website and content management
  • Publish papers weekly
  • Occasional bug fixes & redesigns

  • A: Yes, the deadline for the Winter 2026 Quarter is January 24th, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
  • Q: How can I apply?
  • A: Please fill out the information on the Google form listed in this section for the position that you want.
  • Q: When will my application be reviewed?
  • A: It will be reviewed during our weekly board meeting. That may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the amount of applications we receive.
  • Q: What work should I submit?
  • A: Please submit an academic writing sample. It is preferred for it to be research/scientific writing. If you have it, psychology, cognitive science, or human development writing would be good.
